Acceptable use

CPEN is for legitimate API workloads.

CPEN provides AI API policy enforcement, Data Safety Levels, route health checks, and cost controls for authorized workloads. CPEN is not an API cloaking, IP cloaking, bypass, resale, or provider evasion service. We do not permit abuse, unlawful activity, credential theft, spam, malware, policy-violating activity, or requests that would not satisfy applicable AI platform rules or upstream provider policies.

Rules we enforce

No bypass, no resale, no API or IP cloaking, and no provider evasion.
No illegal content or activity.
No spam, credential theft, malware, phishing, or account abuse.
No attempts to use CPEN for activity that violates third-party AI platform terms, upstream provider policies, safety rules, sanctions controls, account eligibility, or service limits.
Authorized use only: use CPEN only for accounts, workloads, destinations, and data you are permitted to operate.
No attempts to evade AI platform rules, sanctions controls, account eligibility, service limits, route safeguards, or abuse controls.
No brokering, sublicensing, pooling, or transfer of CPEN access, API keys, routes, account balance, credits, or account benefits.
No IP masking, identity masking, traffic laundering, or request routing meant to hide the real user, use case, policy status, or destination.
No NSFW, adult sexual content, sexual services, or harmful content generation.
No unauthorized scraping, data extraction, model-output harvesting, or automated collection that violates law, robots rules, platform terms, or third-party rights.
No workloads that misrepresent the user, use case, account owner, policy status, or destination of a request.
No transfer, cash redemption, exchange, or use of CPEN account balance outside CPEN API requests.
No creation or use of duplicate accounts, payment methods, devices, identities, or coordinated signups to receive referral or promotional credits more than allowed.
No sale, transfer, exchange, refund capture, or off-platform use of referral credits, promotional credits, bonus usage, billing benefits, or account benefits.
CPEN may limit, withhold, reverse, or revoke referral or promotional credits for invalid codes, scripted signups, duplicate-account activity, refund abuse, chargebacks, payment risk, sanctions risk, or policy violations.
No use by or for sanctioned persons, entities, or jurisdictions.
No workloads involving minors, adult services, gambling, weapons, regulated goods, regulated advice, market manipulation, or high-risk financial activity without our written approval.
No attempts to train competing models, reverse engineer third-party AI services, extract credentials, or discover hidden routing implementation details.
CPEN may suspend accounts, API keys, routes, account balances, billing access, or service profiles immediately to respond to abuse, legal exposure, payment risk, sanctions risk, or platform risk.
