CPEN credit and refund policy

Closed-loop credits

CPEN credits are prepaid usage balances for CPEN API calls only. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Purchases

Credit pack purchases are generally final once credits are granted to your account. Duplicate charges or failed fulfillment caused by CPEN may be corrected with a ledger adjustment.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for billing errors, duplicate checkout, or account suspension before meaningful usage. Approved refunds are issued as payment-provider reversals or manual ledger adjustments.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks on consumed credits may lead to account suspension and API key revocation while the dispute is reviewed.
