Usage billing

CPEN usage billing applies only to CPEN Router requests. The model usage charge is calculated from measured input and output tokens and reconciled for prompt-cache savings. DS2-DS4 add a Data Safety fee equal to 1% of that cache-reconciled model usage charge; DS0 and DS1 add no Data Safety fee. Account balances are non-transferable, not cash redeemable, and usable only inside CPEN.

Payment eligibility

Billing availability depends on jurisdiction, sanctions screening, payment-processor eligibility, and CPEN risk review. If a processor or CPEN later determines that a customer, jurisdiction, use case, or transaction is unsupported, we may cancel billing access, reverse unpaid grants, or require a manual review path.

Processor finality

Processor rules may limit or delay refunds after billing completes. Unsupported payment methods, duplicate payment attempts, disputed charges, tax handling, and processor fees may affect any discretionary refund or correction.

Referral and promotional credits

Referral-code, bonus, or promotional credits are not refundable and may be removed before any discretionary refund or correction. If a paid order is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, CPEN may revoke the related bonus credits and recover consumed referral or promotional value from the account balance.

Refund review

Usage charges are generally final once CPEN processes a request. If you believe CPEN caused duplicate billing, failed fulfillment, or a clear ledger error, contact support@cpenrouter.space within 14 days. Consumed usage is non-refundable. Unused account balance may be refunded or adjusted only at our discretion and only where law and processor rules permit.

Abuse, fraud, and policy violations

We may refuse refunds, freeze balances, revoke credits, suspend accounts, or deny billing access where we suspect abuse, fraud, sanctions exposure, platform-policy risk, payment risk, chargeback activity, false eligibility claims, or violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or processor disputes may lead to immediate account suspension, API key revocation, balance freeze, and recovery of consumed usage value while the dispute is reviewed.
